Flygen Lab

Anyone can automate a task.Knowing which one, and how, is the work.

Flygen Lab applies industry knowledge, product thinking, AI and engineering to complex operational problems. We identify where better systems and automation can create real value — then help companies design and build them.

Automation advisory

Some manual work is waste. Some of it is the expertise.

Not a list of fashionable AI use cases. We map the real workflow first — what enters it, where it changes hands, what breaks, and where expert judgment is the value — then build the smallest thing that proves whether the strongest opportunity is worth having.

Sometimes the honest answer is that it is not, and we will say so. An engagement that ends with a documented reason not to build is cheaper than the year you would have spent finding out.

  1. Frame the question

Name the decision or opportunity — not the technology, and not the deliverable.

  2. Map the system

The people, workflows, incentives, data and constraints around it.

  3. Define the evidence

What has to be learned, and what result would actually change the decision.

  4. Build the smallest proof

The lightest thing that tests the riskiest assumption: a map, a prototype, a workflow, a spike.

  5. Test in reality

In front of the people who do the work, with real cases and the awkward edges.

  6. Evaluate the value

Desirability, operational impact, feasibility, adoption, risk and the economics.

  7. Decide

Stop, refine, pilot, build it into the product — or write down why not, and keep the money.

The opportunity is rarely inside a single screen.

The largest gains often sit between teams, systems and stages of the customer journey. We examine the full chain before deciding what to redesign or automate.

What arrives, and in what state.

  • Unstructured documents
  • Repeated data entry
  • Information scattered across tools

Same team. Different mode.

Flygen Lab is not a separate innovation department. It is the same strategy, design, AI and engineering team, working on a question before it is a brief: Services are what you can hire us for, Work is what we have already finished, and Lab is where we go deep enough into an industry to know what is worth building in it.

Meet the team

Where is your business still working around its own systems?

Show us the workflow that is slow, fragmented or difficult to scale — or the question you cannot yet turn into a brief. We will help you work out what evidence you are missing, and build the smallest credible way to get it.
