  1. One task in one sentence. “Summarise new support tickets for the engineer on call” works; “help support” doesn’t.

  2. Include when it should ask a person instead of answering.

  3. Name the qualities: correct, complete, the right tone, fast enough.

  4. Wrong facts, missing context, the wrong tone, acting when it should ask.

  5. A clumsy sentence is not the same as a wrong amount.

  6. Every result, a sample, or only the cases above a threshold.

  7. A set of real cases with agreed answers tells you more than a demo.

  8. The change you would measure, not the feature.
